On Monday October 11, Alex came to diagnose a problem with our oven. He was able to quickly figure out what was wrong and he took care of it right away.
Alex was great! He was a complete professional. This was the second time he has taken care of a problem for us. Last spring we called for help with the motor on the hood exhaust fan and the water filter in out refrigerator. My husband and I liked his honesty and recommendations. Wolf took their time getting us the replacement part, but everyone in your office was on top of the situation and kept me posted. We appreciate that.
Both times Alex was very responsive, courteous, on time, and considerate. He made sure to show me what he fixed and why. He diagnosed the problem with the oven igniter quickly, had a replacement part in his truck and took care of it immediately. I would hire him again. Really great experience. Very impressed!
